The Loveland Center, a nonprofit that helps adults with developmental disabilities, recently hired Rafael Robles as its chief development officer. Robles has more than 20 years of experience in higher education and fundraising. In the senior leadership role, Robles is tasked with supporting the Loveland Center’s strategic philanthropic objectives, overseeing existing fundraising operations, growing individual, corporate and foundation revenue and building a giving culture across the organization.
