Sarasota's Weiss Pediatric Care was recently picked to participate in a new national initiative launched by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. The Transforming Clinical Practices Initiative was created to help equip clinicians with technical support and assistance to improve quality of care, increase patients’ access to information and spend health care dollars more wisely. Weiss Pediatric joined the initiative through QualityImpact, the Consortium for Southeastern Hypertension Control's practice transformation network, one of 29 practice transformation networks receiving funding through the initiative.
