Gecko’s Hospitality Group has added the Dry Dock Waterfront Grill, 412 Gulf of Mexico Drive on Longboat Key, to its portfolio of restaurants effective Oct. 1, 2015. Dry Dock’s name, menu and staff will remain the same. The price of the transaction was not made available.

 


 

Portland, Ore.-based Charter School Capital purchased the 54,314-square-foot Imagine Schools at Palmer Ranch charter school building from Meridian Development Group for $10.2 million.

 


 

The Emerald Homes’ 6,000-square-foot Florencia model home at Hi-Hat Ranch has sold for $1.525 million. Brian Wood of Premier Sotheby’s International Realty represented the seller; Dwell Real Estate represented the buyer.

 


 

Maximus Dogamus Inc. has leased an 8,760-square-foot industrial space at 10615 Technology Terrace in Lakewood Ranch. Sam Erb of Robbins Realty represented the tenant; Gail Bowden and Linda Emery of the Sperry Van Ness Commercial Advisory Group represented the landlord.

 


 

DCW Industries, Inc., dba Tom and Chee, has leased a 2,870-square-foot retail space at 5231 University Parkway in Sarasota for a new restaurant concept. The transaction was handled by Linda Emery of the downtown Sarasota office of Sperry Van Ness Commercial Advisory Group.
