RMC Property Group facilitated the sale of the Carrabba’s Italian Grill restaurant located at 1751 S. Tamiami Trail in Venice for $2.55 million. The approximately 6,100-square-foot establishment sits on 1.31 acres. The seller, an affiliate of RMC, was represented by Bobby and Brandon Eggleston of RMC Property Group.
Dallas-based MQ Development Partners purchased the approximately 6,800-square-foot restaurant building at 1381 Tamiami Trail in Port Charlotte from Rare Hospitality Management Inc. for $3.5 million.
Bank of the Ozarks purchased the 6,756-square-foot bank building with drive-up lanes at 501/503 W. Eighth Ave. in Palmetto from TCB, LLC for $1.4 million. Ian Black and Steve Horn of Ian Black Real Estate and Jason Bartz of Riverside Real Estate & Management handled the transaction.
Nilson Properties, LLC purchased 1060 Goodrich Ave. from BRZOS XXIV, LLC for $205,000. Eric Massey with Michael Saunders & Company handled the transaction.
