Gladstone Land Corp. acquired 417 acres in Manatee County for $3.2 million. The property consists of 271 organic farmable acres and is currently being farmed by Wish Farms, Inc. The two companies have entered into a 10-year lease.
A condo in the Positano development on north Longboat Key has sold for $3.5 million, making it one of the highest priced condominiums in Manatee County in recent years. Located at 4955 Gulf of Mexico Drive, Unit 101, the 3,123-square-foot, three-bedroom condo was on the market for only three months. The price included $3.03 million for the condominium and $470,000 for the turn-key furnishings. Dennis Kotaska of RE/MAX Alliance Group represented the seller.
Sandrala Storage Associates LLC purchased the 8,500-square-foot strip mall at 4511 S. Tamiami Trail in Sarasota for $1.9 million.
MPG Venice LLC purchased the approximately 20,000-square-foot medical office space at 1287 U.S. 41 Bypass in Venice for $2.875 million.
