Orlando-based NAI Realvest negotiated a long-term lease for Fred’s Southern Market in the 6,962-square-foot property at 4000 Cattlemen Road in Sarasota. NAI Realvest principals Kevin O’Connor and Matt Cichocki represented Fred’s Southern Market. Kim Manson and Jeff Tanner, also of NAI, represented the landlord, Amish Properties LLC.
