4 Star Tomato purchased a 1,400-acre Myakka City farm along Clay Gully Road for $4.75 million. The sellers were Gary Leland, Brent and Bruce Schackelford; the buyers were Bruce and Leland Schackelford and Christopher Sundan. Mortgages from Wauchula State Bank worth $2.3 million were used to finance the deal. In July, 4 Star Tomato sold 650 acres of farmland in Parrish to John Falkner of Falkner Farms for $5.25 million.

 


 

The Christopher G. Berliner Revocable Trust has sold an 1,800-square-foot office condominium at 5801 Braden Run in Bradenton to Town Development Group, LLC for $206,500. Susan Goldstein of the commercial division of Michael Saunders & Company facilitated both sides of the sale.

 


 

Paul and Linda Yoder have sold a 0.94-acre parcel of vacant land at 701 Gantt Ave. in Sarasota to David Kinney and Basil Johnson for $130,000. DeLieto & Associates of the commercial division of Michael Saunders & Company represented the seller. Sam Erb of Harry Robbins Real Estate represented the buyer.

 


 

The Central Florida Real Estate Owned, LLC has sold 3.62 acres of vacant land at 5001 Ponce de Leon Blvd. in North Port to Tan Ly for $87,000. Dennis Dahm of the commercial division of Michael Saunders & Company facilitated both sides of the sale.

 


 

South Studio Fitness leased 11,500 square feet at 55 Palm Ave. in Sarasota. The suite is part of the Mira Mar Center. Eric Massey with Michael Saunders & Company represented the tenant. Linda Emery and Diane Lawson with Sperry Van Ness represented the landlord.

 


 

Oliphant Financial, LLC leased 9,059 rentable square feet at Live Oak Corporate Center in Sarasota. Lori Hellstrom represents Osprey Real Estate Services in all lease transactions for Live Oak Corporate Center.  Diane Lee and Cyndi Myers from Wagner Realty represented the tenant.
