Good News Friday: Big Deals - April 4, 2014

Roger Pettingell, a previews property specialist with Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate’s Longboat Key office, has sold the 4,800-square-foot residential property at 4125 Gulf of Mexico Drive #301 in La Firenza on Longboat Key for $4.25 million. Pettingell represented the seller.

 


 

Exxxtreme LLC has purchased a 38,220-square-foot distribution warehouse at 1523 Edgar Place in Sarasota from BHER Family Limited Trust for $1.28 million. Jon Kleiber, Terry Eastman and William Rex MBA of Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT handled the transaction.

 


 

The 3.7-acre property at 6901 Golf Course Blvd. in Punta Gorda was purchased for $620,000 by 6901 Golf Course Blvd., LLC as an investment. The land features a 2,400-square-foot office building and 8,400-square-foot warehouse. Eric Massey with Michael Saunders & Company represented the seller, SunTrust BankRandy Krise with Krise Commercial Group represented the buyer.

 


 

The 28,000-square-foot Cedar Plaza shopping center in Manatee County has been purchased for $3.48 million by ICORR Properties International from Cedar Plaza Investments, Inc.

 


 

Brian Wood of Premier Sotheby’s International Realty represented both the seller and buyer in the sale of a custom home in The Forest at Hi Hat Ranch, which sold for $1.55 million. The 5,700-square-foot home is situated on 3.27 acres.
