Desoto Speedway, LLC, purchased the 63-acre Desoto Speedway Racetrack in Bradenton for $1.08 million from Full Throttle Speedway, Inc. The track most recently sold to Richard Chase and Kevin Williams at Full Throttle last year for $650,000, wherein its name was changed to Full Throttle Speedway. Now in the hands of Dennis Meyer, the track will return to its original name.

Coastal Center 64 E, LLP, purchased the 18,000-square-foot medical office building at 5101 4th Ave. Circle East in Bradenton from Axcess Diagnostics Building Bradenton, LLC, for $3.35 million. Jag Grewal and Amy Lyon MacDougall of Ian Black Real Estate handled the transaction.

1843 Floyd Street, LLC, purchased the nearly 8,000-square-foot office building at 1843 Floyd St. in Sarasota from Ehlers Enterprises, LLP, for $1.085 million. Michele Fuller of Ian Black Real Estate handled the transaction.
