Lido Key Tiki Bar’s My Oh! Mai Tai”

Tiki George and Pete’s version of a classic Mai Tai

Take one very tall glass and fill completely with ice.

Add 1/3 oz Amaretti di Saronno

Add 1 ounce Mount Gay Eclipse Rum and 1 ounce Bacardi Silver.

Add 1.5 ounce each fresh pineapple juice and fresh lime juice, slightly

Top with a generous float of Coruba Dark Rum

Garnish with cherry, pineapple wedge and umbrella.

For a lovely presentation, this drink is not stirred or shaken, it is built in layers. Before drinking, give it a quick stir to bring up the amaretto from the bottom.
