I’m not sure when it happened but it is in fact November. With the holidays dangerously close it might be time to start planning for a little Zen, even get a jump on that New Year’s resolution you know you’re gonna make.

Let’s face it, often times the best motivator is to gear up and expand the athletic wear drawer. Hey, my theory (or justification) is whatever it takes to get to Yoga class.  Consider the words of Academy Award winning costume designer Edith Head:  “Life is competitive; clothes gird us for the competition.”
