The Sarasota company Recovery Guidance recently launched a new online platform that offers users access to a broad range of mental health providers, with the goal of helping those who suffer from substance use disorder find a full range of care anywhere in the United States. The site aggregates profiles and unbiased reviews of recovery centers, hospital-based programs and detox facilities, as well as physicians, psychiatrists, psychologists and therapists specializing in addiction and mental health care. The new company is the brainchild of Sarasota's Leslie Glass, founder of the nonprofit Reach Out Recovery. Glass is also a journalist, novelist and filmmaker.
