Village on the Isle, a nonprofit retirement community in Venice, recently selected Stevens Construction to renovate its five-story, 80,000-square-foot assisted living facility Mark Manor. Located at 930 Tamiami Trail S., Venice, Mark Manor is being fully renovated floor-by-floor to provide minimal disruption to its 64 residents. Stevens Construction will replace interior finishes and the exterior façade, create a dedicated memory care support floor for those affected by Alzheimer’s and dementia and replace the plumbing and mechanical and electrical systems of the 35-year old building. Stevens Construction has offices in Fort Myers, Tampa and Orlando.
