(March 6, 2007)—On March 16, 2007, breast cancer survivors are invited to a free informational session and cocktail party. The goal of the event is to generate interest for membership to a non-profit cancer support group.
On Friday, March 16, all breast
cancer survivors and their supporters are invited for cocktails, hors d’oeuvres
and an exclusive screening of The Hope
Chest, an inspiring documentary about
SARASOTA Magazine’s publisher Jeff Lawenda says, “Breast cancer is such an important cause, and we wanted a way to show our support all year long—even after the Build for the Cure house is sold. And this team seemed like the perfect fit.”
