| Selby Gardens was starlit perfection for the 26th annual Orchid Ball, an Italian villa-themed "Luna Toscana" party on the great lawn that attracted hundreds of beautifully dressed garden supporters. The crowd sipped champagne, enjoyed a gourmet dinner and dancing to music by Mainstream, and bid on auction items, including the rare opportunity to name a new species of bromeliad. The evening raised more than $200,000. |
