For some extra flavor brush on some German Curry Ketchup. I bought the ketchup from Alpine
Steakhouse (Karl Ehmers Meats) on Tamiami Trail.
Out of the Office
“I’ll be watching the Stanley Cup playoffs at my new favorite sports bar: Evie’s Tavern in Courthouse Centre on Ringling Boulevard. It’s got lots of HD TVs—including two upstairs surrounded by couches. The portholes in the men’s room mean guys never have to miss a minute of the game.”—Hannah Wallace, associate editor
“I’m heading to the Historic Asolo Theater for the Sarasota Film Festival’s Conversation series, a chance to hear stars including Liv Ullmann and Stanley Tucci talk candidly about their lives and careers. For more info, go to sarasotafilmfestival.com.”—Kay Kipling, executive editor
“The new Kanpai sushi at Clark and Honore has a slick modern design, like an urban loft, with flat-screen TVs on the walls, and a hip menu, too. Try the sake punch and the Kanpai rolls, which get some satisfying crunch from tempura-fried green beans.”—Pam Daniel, editorial director

This article has me totally stoked!
Congrats on your weight loss, it sounds like you've made a change of life
and not just a new fad in diets. I'm 33 now and I dread what the doctor
will tell me on my next visit. I haven't had success with diets in the
past but this sounds like what I need.
Funny thing, my whole reason for coming to your site was to look for a
restaurant in Sarasota. The irony!
Congrats again!

WOW!! I know Sarasota Magazine is not know for it's human
interest stories, but this is great! I am hoping to lose a fair amount of
weight myself, and this just helps get me ready. I will be looking for Dr
Garcia in the morning.
Congrats Tim for making up your mind to become healthy!

First, congratulations on your weight loss!
The diet that you are on is similar to one that I just started in mid
February. My hope is that I lose 35 pounds before my wedding in August.
Have you had any side effects? Are you on the "maintenance program" yet?
The article in the magazine was great and your pictures complete the
story.
Congratulations again and best of luck.
